This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Blow This Up! (the “Game”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you play. By using the Game you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The Game is designed to be played without creating an account. We do not ask for or directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

• Game data stored on your device. Your progress, coins, settings, streaks and unlocked items are saved locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to us and we do not have a server that stores it.
• Advertising data (via Google AdMob). The Game shows ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its ad partners may collect and process certain information, such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, general (non-precise) location, and ad-interaction data. Where you have consented, this may include personalized advertising.
• Local notifications. The Game may schedule local reminder notifications on your device. These are handled entirely on your device and do not collect or transmit any data.

2. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party service, which has its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

3. Consent (EEA, UK & Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Game presents a consent message (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) that lets you consent to or decline personalized ads before ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.

4. Advertising Identifier

Advertising is based on your device’s advertising ID rather than your identity. You can reset this identifier or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by the laws of your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Data Retention

Game data is kept locally on your device until you delete it, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the Game. Data processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google’s Privacy Policy.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. Because we do not store your personal data on our own servers, you can:

• Reset or limit ad personalization via your device settings (see Section 4);
• Change your ad-consent choice via the in-app consent form (see Section 3);
• Delete all locally stored game data by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the Game.

We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
